Dᴇsɪɢɴ ᴀɴᴅ Mᴏᴅɪғɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏғ Hɪɢʜ Aʟᴛɪᴛᴜᴅᴇ Lᴏɴɢ Eɴᴅᴜʀᴀɴᴄᴇ Uɴᴍᴀɴɴᴇᴅ Aɪʀᴄʀᴀғᴛ.
- Using Engineering skills, modeling of the UAV is done by the using of CATIA software.
- Analysis is carried out for the morphing wing (swept and UN-swept condition) such as CFD
Analysis, Performance, CG Estimation and Flight Control Process have estimated by using
ANSYS software.
- Modeling is carried out by using Software CATIA V-5.
- Analysis is done by using ANSYS.
Cᴏɴᴄᴇᴘᴛᴜᴀʟ ᴅᴇsɪɢɴ ᴏғ “Aɪʀᴄʀᴀғᴛ Dᴇsɪɢɴ Pʀᴏᴊᴇᴄᴛ- I ᴀɴᴅ II" (Bᴀsᴇᴅ ᴏɴ Fɪɢʜᴛᴇʀ Aɪʀᴄʀᴀғᴛ)
- Using Literature Survey Weight and Drag Estimation, selection of Aerofoil, Power plant design,
Wing, Tail is carried out.
Engineering Apprentice
√ Doing line maintenance to keep all Aircrafts (Zilin 242L, DA40, DA42, TB20) in Airworthy
condition.
√ Rectification of snags at same time (if possible at same time) if any given by pilots.
√ Worked in Quarantine and Bonded store and have knowledge of how to keep database of
different parts.
√ Worked in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) shop where conducted examination of Aircraft to:
·Detect internal or external imperfections.
·Determine structure, composition or material properties.
· Measure geometric characteristics.
√ Able to manage Acid Battery Store with the help of one senior person.
√ Worked on Instrumental landing system.
√ Knowledge of Aircraft Marshalling.
I am learning various of things from people working here by helping, frustrating and irritating them by asking so many questions and sometimes doing idiotic things I learn "How to" :
√ Inspect aircrafts for any component defects, breakouts, fluid leakages, etc.
√ Assemble and disassemble various components of aircraft during repairs and maintenance.
√ Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft components.
√ Test aircraft operations to identify malfunctions.
√ Adjust, align and calibrate aircrafts using hand tools, gauges, etc.
√ Perform oil changes, battery service, hydraulic system service and other aircraft servicing tasks.
√ Ensure compliance with DGCA and Company standards.
√ Keep work area clean and safe.
√ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors.
√ Inspect aircraft engine for cracks and leaks. √ Inform component repairs to QM and Chief engineer.
√ Resolve complex technical problems and troubleshoot unusual repairs.
√ Perform compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
√ Operate support equipment that is used in removal and installations of major aircraft components.
√ Use, maintain and store company-provided tools and equipment in safe and proper manner.
